✅ Tips on how to set up the right book club…

• Align book selections with your team's goals and interests.

• Choose books that align with objectives and interests like business and leadership.

• Set a regular schedule, try meeting monthly or bi-weekly for 60-90 minutes to maintain momentum.

• Facilitate discussions by rotating the discussion leader role and encourage open dialogue.

• Summarise key points and encourage participants to apply them to their work.
