Hey, I’m Sam. Fractional COO & founder of All Things Remote.
I help remote-first founders scale their teams, operations, and culture.
Over the past decade, I’ve supported startups across ops, finance, legal, and recruitment, helping teams grow from 10 → 100+ across 3 continents (with a few later acquired by Meta & global agencies).
